• The Health Dimension of Southeast Asian Migration to Europe:
    Fondazione ISMU, with the support of Milan Municipality and Yuchengco Center, has produced a research study commissioned by Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF). The topic is the Health Dimension of Asian Migration to Europe presented, also, through comprehensive data on health status of Chinese and Filipino migrants in Italy and Spain. Furthermore, it puts forward some recommendations to integrate their needs into the policies of receiving countries.
    Main results has been presented at a Public Event ‘Health of Chinese and Filipino Migrants, hosted in Milan, on 9 October 2013 in Palazzo Sormani.

    In order to complete the previous research, Health and Welfare Sector of Fondazione ISMU has realized other two research works: a booklet to inform both Filipino migrants already in Italy and Filipinos about to go to Italy, and a policy brief about the research work contents and about how to better use the Italian healthcare system. BookletPolicy brief
