Law

The Law department  monitors and studies legal developments in immigration matters with a view to provide information and reflections, general or specific, to organisations, public administrators and agents, scholars, professionals, students and anybody else interested in the matter and its issues.

Specific attention is also paid to legal developments in other European countries regarded as emblematic  for the analysis of migratory phenomena as well as to European Union secondary law.
