Project “IAP – Integration, Reception and Participation”

By : Fondazione ISMU
  • IL PROGETTO IN SINTESI

The IAP Project (Integration, Reception and Participation) is aimed at implementing several interventions/activities in supporting of the beneficiaries of international protection after the period spent in the reception centres SPRAR (Protection system for asylum seekers and refugees).

The beneficiaries of the project (refugees and subsidiary protection permit holders) are constantly assisted by professional and multidisciplinary local équipes which, taking in particular account of the psychological side/aspect, develop a path enabling to/granting the autonomous access to housing, labour market and integration. Thanks to ad hoc and personalized project coordinated by a local tutor, the beneficiaries will reach all the useful instruments to their integration in the social and economic Italian structure. In addition to this, the project seeks to support and expand the already existing local networks by promoting new ways/methods of collaboration and partnership at intra-territorial level.

The Project is financed by AMIF (The Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund). ISMU Foundation leads the Project in collaboration with many partners including Municipalities, Administrative Institutions of SPRAR services, job services professionals and psychology experts.
