PRE.ce.DO Piano Regionale prevenzione e contrasto della Discriminazione
The project is aimed at strengthening the RRA favoring the emergence and contrast discrimination. In particular, it is expected that the project will help to: 1) strengthen the governance capacity of the network by the activation of a technical coordination, 2) strengthening synergies between local and institutional actors by creating a web section as hub sharing of resources, tools and practices; 3) increase access to anti-discrimination services by potential victims by giving visibility to the regional offices through the creation of a “search services” system; 4) increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the network through training programs designed for operators of regional offices; 5) raise awareness and increase commitment to preventing and combating discrimination by public and private operators and managers of the PA by developing expertise on the topic of diversity management; 6) promote the inclusion of foreigners and foreign children disabled children in school and in society with training targeted to the sector operators; 7) increase the awareness of teachers, school workers, students and parents through awareness workshops in schools; 8) enhance the role of young people as “social innovators; 9) fostering the leadership of the foreign communities in the prevention and combating of DER. ISMU Foundation as a project partner, takes care of the scientific supervision of all the planned activities; is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the project. Finally realize: the mapping of the RRA and participatory experience formative activity with the goal of producing cognitive elements, create / enhance expertise, define tools, law enforcement strategies and provide models of action and operational contributions to the regional network actors; basic and advanced training on Preventing and combating discrimination as well as courses on diversity management; a laboratory process of creating multimedia products for students (eg., audio, video, photography literary products)
