DIVERSE - Policy briefs WP 3

This document reflect the view only of the authors, and the European Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.

These Policy briefs were elaborated by the 10 national research teams, starting from the results and suggestions emerged from the WP3, whose aim was to fill the knowledge gap about:

a) The recognition of Third Countries Nationals skills, knowledges and competences;
b) Diversity Management Practices implemented by profit, public and non-profit organizations;
c) Third Countries Nationals civic involvement and participation in voluntary organizations.

They are addressed to all the stakeholders who must play a role in the common effort to achieve the strategic aims of the Diverse Project.
They outline a set of priorities, suggestions and practical steps emerging from the first phase of our project.
Further indications will be provided at the final completion of the project, also drawing on feedbacks from stakeholders.
